TaylorMade Golf Hybrids

TaylorMade Golf Hybrids

Hybrids have quickly become an essential piece of golfing equipment. No matter your current game situation or goals for improving it, hybrids offer numerous benefits that can aid your performance on the course.

Given this, it's worth taking some time to experiment with different hybrids until you find one that best meets your needs. Once found, use it to improve your game while saving some money in the process.

Stealth 2 Rescue Hybrid

TaylorMade's Stealth 2 Rescue Hybrid is their inaugural hybrid model to feature a carbon crown that shifts weight lower in the head for improved CG, launch and forgiveness, helping players hit mid-launch shots more controllably than ever.

This club features a V-Steel sole plate to enhance ground interaction, making it one of the most versatile rescue clubs available. Furthermore, its through-slot speed pocket boosts ball speed when hitting shots low on the face, protecting against low spin.

It features a high-strength C300 face designed to promote maximum face flex and ball speed for greater distance shots. Twist Face technology from TaylorMade metal woods also helps ensure straight and long shots even during off-center strikes.

These hybrid clubs are specifically tailored for golfers who struggle with short irons but require the height, distance and forgiveness provided by hybrids. Their compact shape and tour-inspired shaping should appeal to more accomplished players who don't wish to be limited by irons.

These high, square-toe shoes feature three loft options for women: 3H, 4H and 5H. Their standard version has a fixed hosel to target above-average swing speed players; while its plus version boasts an adjustable hosel geared toward more accomplished golfers.

The Stealth Rescue's centre of gravity (CG) has been slightly adjusted downward from that of its predecessor to increase launch and reduce spin slightly while keeping performance identical to its predecessor. This design improves launch and decreases spin slightly while still offering reliable flight.

All three rescues feature variable thickness on the back of their hybrid face to pinpoint the sweet spot and ensure its highest portion reaches maximum temperature levels for maximum ball speed, using gradual changes to roll and bulge radius to achieve this feat.

All three rescues feature lower center of gravity than those from previous generations, thanks to reengineering crown geometry to reduce it by 2mm. Though this may not seem like much, it helps improve forgiveness without drastically altering club size and shape.
