The 12 Volt 4 Amp Numax Battery Charger is a sure-fire way to keep your batteries in great shape. Its extremely easy to use - simply connect and forget! Essential for maintaining your batterys peak operational condition, the charger incorporates a 2 part charging cycle.
First it recharges the battery to full capacity (Bulk Charging). It then applies a regulated trickle charge to keep the battery at 100% charge until you need it (Float Charging). To prevent overcharging, the charger contains circuitry which detects when the battery voltage is at the appropriate float level and temporarily ceases charging. It can be left connected indefinitely without the risk of any damage to the battery.
This charger is suitable for charging batteries with a capacity of up to 38ah.
It is suitable for use with either Sealed Lead Acid Batteries or Gel Batteries.
